  This Starbucks location never gets my order right! All I want is a blonde roast and what I always get is a Pike's Place. It's unfortunate that they can't get something as simple as that right. What a disappointment. It's not like it just happened one time, it happens every day. I've complained in a very gracious way multiple times, so it's not like they haven't been made aware that there is a problem. I'm not one to complain, but my coffee should be a light roast if I order a light roast.

  RANT. Not any store in particular but the fact that you close early is BORING! I'm a rideshare driver and no place to get DECENT coffee while you're trying to stay awake and drive the loaded ppl home safely. Palm Springs want to be 'urban for real' foster a late night coffee culture!

  This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I always bring in my own cup, a 20 oz. Starbucks travel mug. The barrista handed it to me with an inch and a half still remaining. When I asked her to top it off, which I have done at other stores and they gladly do, she said that it was 20 oz. she showed me her empty milk and said, see. I then said I wanted it filled. She begrudgingly got more milk out to warm and filled my cup. She was so put out. Never has a Starbucks barrista been so rude.
